The Kuwait Finance and Investment Company (KFIC) organized a seminar on the mechanisms and strategies of trading in the currency, gold and crude oil markets in cooperation with the German Duchy Bank. The performance of the major currency markets in the recent period and the impacts of major world economies on these markets were discussed. Hamed Abu Saadeh, Director of Trading in Currency and Derivatives Markets in KFIC, said that the holding of this seminar came in conjunction with the initial launch of the new electronic trading service (FXD Trader) for KFIC clients, as this new service came in response to the growing desire of KFIC customers to provide a trading platform for KFIC markets. He added the new electronic trading service was named (Trader FXD) according to the designation of the electronic trading service available to the regional stock markets (Trader), which has a clear and distinct presence since 2005 in the Kuwait Stock Exchange, the Arab Gulf stock exchanges and the American stock exchanges, as the new service (FX Trader) D) It will provide clients with the electronic tools needed to trade more than 160 currency pairs through direct trades known as (spot), advanced-maturity trades known as (forward) and options contracts (known as (Options)) on the currency pairs offered for trading.
